#Sexualharassment happened while I was hired and involve with anti trafficking work as a survivor advisory council member at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) OSCE by Marko Tamindžija who lives in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It happened exactly a year ago when I was in the ODIHR building and outside the building during ISTAC engagement. As a sex trafficking survivor, we need a safe guarding protocol and protection during any engagements. There was still sexual misconduct in the workplaces and the Me Too campaign internationally won’t work well. Any types of sexual misconduct is not cultural or tradition, this is unwanted by anyone. I felt that I was mistreated, misinformed and isolated. Everyone can’t speak to me about it. There wasn’t any action to put him away from me and other people for awhile. It was traumatizing to see his picture, read his comment or hear his voice. But no protection because they don’t practice trauma informed engagement. One year anniversary of sexual harassment by member of the advisory won’t make me forget or stop seeking justice for victims of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. #sexualmisconduct #sexualharassment #sexualassault #sexualabuse #sextraffickingsurvivor #humantraffickingsurvivor #forciblytouching #metoo #odihr #istac #osce #belivesurvivor #listentosurvivor #survivor #sextrafficking #humantrafficking #modenslavery #metoo #metoocampaign #trauma
