Shania Siron, M.Ed, brings seven years of higher education experience, supporting academically at-risk community college students and Reed students' professional and academic aspirations.

Her volunteer-service background includes leadership roles at the National Association of Fellowship Advisors and the ACE Women's Network.

She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education, focusing on researching retention gaps in higher education at Oregon State University.

Shania excels in collaborating with diverse faculty and staff, data analysis, and implementing strategies to address systemic inequities.

Her educational background includes a Doctorate in Education from Oregon State University, an MS in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University, and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon.

Her professional experience spans roles such as Technical Writing Consultant, Director, Assistant Director, Adjunct Instructor, Head Women’s Soccer Coach, OR State Chair, Director of Records & Analytics, Program Development Intern, Career and Fellowships Advisor, Graduate Assistant, and ABSE/GED Advisor at various institutions.
