Sharon's professional journey also includes roles such as Director of Training and Special Projects & Senior Management Team Lead at Teaching Strategies, Inc., Program Specialist at the Migrant and Seasonal Program Branch of the US Department of Health and Human Services, and Health Educator and Preschool Teacher at the Peace Corps.

Her diverse experience across various educational and developmental settings has honed her skills and knowledge in early childhood education, training, and program management.
