Sheila Raman

Sheila Raman is the Director of Development for Arts and Culture at the University of Pennsylvania, overseeing fundraising for various arts and culture organizations.

She manages fundraising for key entities like the Annenberg Center, the Morris Arboretum, ICA, the University Museum, the Penn Libraries, and the Arthur Ross Gallery.

In Penn's campaign 'The Power of Penn,' she spearheads the arts and culture fundraising goal of $218 million.

Sheila is part of the School and Center program at Penn, managing fourteen graduate and professional schools and resource centers to enhance their fundraising efforts.

Prior to her current role, she held positions at the National Museum of American Jewish History, Curtis Institute of Music, and Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

Sheila holds a BA in Art History, Visual Arts, and Classics from Smith College and has been involved in various activities, including co-chairing the United Way Campaign for Penn's Development and Alumni Relations Department.

She is actively engaged in her community, serving on boards, co-chairing reunions, and volunteering at the Episcopal Church.

She resides in Mullica Hill, NJ, with her husband, daughter, and son.
