Highlights
I was honored to join fellow members of the Federal Bar Association, Minnesota Chapter’s Civil Discovery Practice Group last month in an e-discovery discussion. The topic of the panel was e-discovery on non-traditional data sources and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on ethical considerations. This is an important topic as ethical rules and obligations underpin all aspects of discovery and continue to inform and guide discovery principles as technology marches onward.
