"GameStop End Game Open Source Strategic Turnaround Executive Summary"

The GME 'end game' as it stands is going to be a pyrrhic victory in the best of cases. It doesn't have to be. And maybe that sounds more ridiculous than what has already occurred, but as the saying goes, 'never waste a good crisis' and everything is on the table.

What is happening with the GME, Reddit, and Wallstreet, could be a one off, or it could be the start of a new model of wealth transfer/creation through a social finance movement of an open participatory process.

So this is my contribution to the movement with an open source strategic executive turnaround plan for GME. Its purpose is to be a resource for Ryan Cohen, CEO, the GME board, and management - and of course for all those who have bought GME as a form of protest.

Maybe I can make a GitHub for it, but honestly management people don’t use GitHub. So PDF it is for now. Give it a read, leave comments below, share it to those who you think can get it to the right people for a read through. Finance likes to play with numbers, management actually makes them.
