Siobhan Steen, AIA, is an Architect and Project Manager at Hickok Cole Architects specializing in commercial office projects in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

With over a decade of experience in architecture, Siobhan has led projects from concept to construction administration with a focus on base-building and repositioning projects.

Passionate about social impact design, Siobhan has been actively involved in pro-bono work at Inscape Publico and as the past-chair of Hickok Cole's Full Circle committee.

She is dedicated to promoting the message that architecture firms can make a positive impact on communities while being successful.

In academia, Siobhan is a Guest Lecturer at the University of Maryland, teaching courses on Design Thinking and the intersection of Gender, Sex, and Architecture.
