🤝 Co-founders Series - #1: At Le Studio, we work with many entrepreneurs who are concerned about selecting the right co-founder. Sometimes they had co-founders previously and things did not work out well or they are unsure how to approach selecting the right person. You can take some steps as an entrepreneur to ensure you choose the right person to partner with in the long run and bring your idea to reality. But before looking for the ideal candidate, start by asking yourself:
- Do you really need a co-founder?
- Are you lacking skills someone else could bring to the table?
- Will having a co-founder help with the development of your idea into a real-life business? Will it add value to the project?
- Do you really want a co-founder?
- Are you ready to embark on a long-term partnership with someone (professionally)?
- Will you be open to building your dream company with someone else? Will you leave room for feedback, support, and opinions on how to bring your idea to life?
- Will you be open to compromise when needed?
- Will you be ok with someone else adding their vision and perspective to your idea? Will you trust their input?
