Spectra Adaora Ijeoma Asala, an MIT alum with nearly twenty years of experience, specializes in leading product development, go-to-market strategies, and global expansion initiatives.

Throughout her career, she has founded and grown two ventures, lived and worked on five continents, and has a passion for leading diverse, cross-functional teams to drive success for tech companies and social impact organizations.

Her core values include purpose, execution, precision, and integrity, which guide her commitment to building exceptional products, teams, and communities while making a positive impact on the world, particularly in areas like women and people of color in tech, ethics in AI & Blockchain, and shaping the future of work.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Writing and Humanistic Studies & Mathematics from MIT and a High School Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Phillips Exeter Academy.
