Je partage ce constat. L’IA nous ouvre de nouvelles possibilités pour accomplir les rêves que nous avons avec les soignants depuis la création de Doctolib.
Jusqu’ici, l’IA se limitait principalement à des outils d’aide au diagnostic dans des dispositifs médicaux (notamment à partir d’image) et à une partie de la recherche clinique.
Les progrès des dernières années vont permettre à l’IA d’améliorer le quotidien des soignants et des patients :
🔹 L’IA va rendre les données de santé des patients et la connaissance médicale plus accessibles et actionnables par les soignants et les patients eux-mêmes. Fini les soignants archéologues de la donnée ! 🔹 Elle va décupler les potentialités des solutions numériques et des dispositifs médicaux utilisés par les soignants et les patients, en automatisant et simplifiant un maximum de tâches administratives et cliniques et en permettant d’en accomplir de nouvelles à encore plus forte valeur ajoutée.
Nous travaillons dur chez Doctolib pour rendre tout cela possible. Très concrètement :
🔹 L’IA va être progressivement intégrée dans tous nos produits pour les patients et les soignants afin de les rendre plus pertinents et performants. 🔹 L’IA va nous permettre de lancer de nouveaux produits, impensables jusqu’alors. Cela commence dans les prochains mois avec un assistant de consultation et un outil de codification de la donnée des patients dans nos logiciels cliniques puis en 2025 avec un assistant téléphonique virtuel et un assistant de prévention.
