Steve Boehlke is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, and coach with over 30 years of experience working with leaders globally.1 He is the founder and president of SFB Associates, a global leadership consulting practice.2 Boehlke is known for his expertise in leadership learning, challenging aspiring young leaders through principles of skillful inquiry.1

Currently, Boehlke serves as a Senior Advisor to the African Leadership Group, a role he has held since December 2014.1 In this capacity, he works to develop and connect a new generation of ethical, entrepreneurial leaders in Africa.1 He has also been involved with the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg and the African Leadership University in Mauritius and Rwanda.1

Boehlke is the author of "50 Lessons on Leading for Those with Little Time for Reading," which distills leadership principles into simple but powerful metaphors.1 He is currently developing a series of digital workshops around the theme of "Finding your Moving Center".1

His approach to leadership development emphasizes authenticity and self-discovery. Boehlke's core message is that leadership stems from having the courage to be oneself, and that unlocking leadership potential comes from becoming more fully and authentically yourself.2

Boehlke holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary and Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.1
