杉浦裕樹 Sugiura has been serving as the Editor-in-Chief of Yokohama Keizai Shimbun (Yokohama Economic Newspaper) since 2004.

He is based in Kan'na district and is actively involved in the operation of shared office space 'Sakura WORKS <Kan'na>', community participatory manufacturing workshop 'Fab Lab Kan'na', and community cafe 'Taisei Porch'.

Furthermore, he leads the platform 'LOCAL GOOD YOKOHAMA' for solving regional issues in Yokohama.

With support from Accenture's CSR, he initiated the operation of the beta version in collaboration with Yokohama City Policy Bureau and Yokohama City University in June 2014.

Starting from October 24th, he commenced the operation of mechanisms for crowdfunding and skill matching.

Sugiura studied Chemistry at the Faculty of Science at Gakushuin University.

He holds the position of Representative Director at NPO Yokohama Community Design Lab and previously served as a director in NPO Telework Center Yokohama and Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Kanagawa Ikiaiki Citizens Fund.
