Bumped into someone today after a long time and they were extremely exhausted and burnt out at their workplace.

While they liked the opportunities their job presented - they wanted to move out of their current role. They were even thinking of taking a break to search for a new opportunity.

The reason?

Their Manager

If you have a great manager at work, please take it as a blessing and express your gratitude to them for prioritizing your health and well being over business and numbers. These are a rare type now a days.

If you are a manager, please step back and evaluate your team's health and wellbeing... missing a few numbers might not be that bad in the long term in comparison to your people missing out on their health and family time.

Being a manager is a long game and your number one priority is your people. Everything else is after that!

I would love to share the completion of the AI/ML program from IIIT Hyderabad. It was a gruelling 10 month program over all weekends. These are the projects and hackathons done: https://lnkd.in/gqkdMcrT

I would strongly recommend people to take this up if you seriously want to learn the science (and math of course) behind AI/ML including that of Generative AI.

There is a huge list to thank, but before I begin; a huge thanks to my wife Vedika Bhatia (She/Her/Hers) for her motivation during these 10 months and for stretching herself to support the family while I was busy attending lectures and participating in hackathons. This certificate is for you!

I would like to thank our mentors Ramendra Kumar Manish Gupta Dr Mohammed Habeebvulla Sangeeth Reddy (Others too but do not have their LinkedIn profile) for helping us during our journey.

I would also like to thank the Professors of IIIT Hyderabad for patiently teaching us and ensuring that we really learn.

A special thanks to Abhinav Gade for being the glue that ensured the batch starts and ends on time and that we all complete our weekly homework and tests on time
