How exciting is this - SAP has ranked third WORLDWIDE as a Top Company for Women in 2023! 👩🏾🤝🧑🏻🌍
Teaming up with research firm Statista, Forbes surveyed approximately 70,000 women, assessing general workplace practices and gender-specific issues, including gender pay equity, the management of employee discrimination cases, and whether men and women have the same opportunities for advancement.
...And SAP ranked THIRD! Woohoo! ✨🎉
This is an incredible reflection of our commitment to empowering women in the workplace, especially because we've moved up from spot number 18!
I've talked extensively about how SAP has empowered my own professional journey. I've always felt supported as an employee, leader, and most importantly - as a human. It's been an incredible privilege and honor to use my position to, in turn, support and nurture other women in their own professional development.
We are continuously working towards creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment where every person has the opportunity to be their best self and make a real-world impact.
Congratulations to everyone who made the list. When it comes to lifting women up, we're all in this together 🙌

Absolutely thrilled to announce that Julia White, SAP Executive Board member and sponsor of Pride@SAP, Rebecca York from Out & Equal, and I will be headlining an interactive session, Expanding Perspectives - Intersectional Allyship which will highlight how to foster essential skills needed for true #diversityandinclusion.
Like the name suggests, intersectionality and allyship are two key elements to cultural competency when it comes to supporting, including, and elevating the LGBTQ+ community. As humans, we’re incredibly multifaceted, and our identities are a reflection of this: they’re dimensional, complicated - and our diversity efforts need to reflect that.
Allyship is also important for diversity - it’s crucial our teams know we support them, and through interactive and dynamic group exercises, we can help you build the foundation for unshakeable allyship.
Let’s also remember that acceptance, inclusivity, and allyship should extend far beyond this month, to foster a world where everyone can live authentically and with dignity. Together, we can create a future where LGBTQ+ rights are fully recognized, celebrated, and protected.
See you June 7th 10 AM EDT!
And, of course, happy Pride Month in advance! ️🌈
