Highlights
I recently had the privilege of attending the Emerge: World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Class of 2024 Gathering. It was a unique opportunity to reflect on the last 20 years of the YGL community and envision our role as leaders in shaping the next 20 years.
During the gathering, we deepened our understanding of the YGL community's core values and shared perspectives on leadership principles for a new era. We also discussed the implications of artificial intelligence and rapid technological advancement for leadership, and gained expert insight into key climate trends and how we can contribute to a more sustainable future, protecting the earth and the well-being of communities worldwide.
I am excited to uncover opportunities, working with the World Economic Forum to amplify our individual and collective impact and unlock the full potential of this remarkable group. Together, we can drive positive change on a global scale and work towards our shared goal of improving the state of the world.
I am inspired by the YGLs I have met on the journey so far. We left the gathering with a strong sense of community and shared purpose. I look forward to continuing this journey together at the YGL Summit in Singapore as we celebrate our 20th year anniversary.
Many thanks to the WEF leadership, Ida Jeng Christensen, Nicole Schwab, Børge Brende, my Community Lead Joanna Liantsoa R. and the entire WEF family for welcoming us so warmly into this truly inspiring community.
Purpose. Passion. Performance.
