Thomas Crowe is a dedicated professional with over 28 years of experience serving persons with disabilities in private, non-profit, and post-secondary settings. He excels in advocacy, current issues, legal compliance, crisis intervention, and disability awareness.

His background includes conducting presentations on various topics related to disability awareness, such as anxiety disorders, grief, developmental delay, personality disorders, ADA vs. IDEA, Autism in higher education, and threat assessment.

Thomas has a wealth of experience, including being a Senior instructor in Nonviolent physical crisis intervention, Co-Chair of the Behavioral Intervention Team focusing on global student response, and prevention of targeted violence.

He is certified in violence risk assessments and serves as a Title IX investigator for sex and gender-based harassment/crimes. Additionally, he trains law enforcement officers in Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) with a specialization in autism modules.

Thomas Crowe earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from DePaul University and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. He has held various leadership roles in organizations like the College of Lake County, Glenkirk, and Northern Illinois University.
