Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Inclusive Design at IKEA Ingka Group, Tie Wang-Jones is instrumental in driving inclusive digital strategies within the company.

Previously, Tie Wang-Jones had notable positions including Global Digital Transformation Leader, Global Organizational Development Leader, and Global Matrix Leader for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at IKEA Ingka Group.
