Having kickstarted his career at LAB Architecture Studio, working on Melbourne's famed Federation Square, Tim's approach to architecture was significantly influenced by this experience.

In 2005, Tim co-founded TANDEM Design Studio, emphasizing collaboration, diversity of voices, and a client-centric approach in their projects.

Tim and his team at TANDEM are recognized for their pragmatism, responsiveness, and elegant solutions to intricate design challenges, with a commitment to positively impacting society and the built environment.

Their diverse portfolio includes projects in multi-residential, cultural, community, retail, and commercial sectors, including significant contributions to transformative undertakings like the Museum of Old and New Art in Hobart.
