This week, I was lucky enough to join a group of players and staff from Sydney Swans who headed to West Arnhem Land to visit the remote community of Maningrida.
What we experienced was once in a lifetime education, learning and listening.
The purpose of our visit was to raise awareness and support local Aboriginal organisations in the education of rheumatic heart disease and its prevention in this community.
