Before joining Aleria Research Corp, Toni's career path included significant roles that showcased her commitment to public service and community development. At the Pretrial Justice Institute, she contributed as an Associate, focusing on improving the justice system and advocating for effective reforms. Her passion for social justice and community enhancement is further evidenced through her entrepreneurial venture as the Founder of Sholove Consulting LLC, where she provided consulting services aimed at uplifting marginalized communities.
Her tenure at the Toledo Community Foundation as a Scholarship Officer allowed her to make a positive impact on students by overseeing scholarship programs aimed at furthering education and empowering future leaders. Additionally, as a Graduate Assistant at Bowling Green State University, she played a crucial role in supporting academic initiatives while also developing her own professional skills.
Toni's background also includes significant contributions to the United Way of Greater Toledo where, as both the Investment Reporting and Data Lead and the Program Manager for the Free Tax Preparation Program, she effectively managed initiatives that provided vital services to the community. In these roles, she not only demonstrated her aptitude for data management and program oversight but also her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of individuals through accessible services.
Her early career included experiences as a Sales Associate at Lily's, which developed her customer service skills, and as a Kid's Developer at Waterville Community Church, where she nurtured the development of children in a community setting. These diverse experiences have equipped Toni with a rich skill set and a profound understanding of community needs across various demographics.
