Highlights
Proud to co-author with my partners Adam Goldberg and David Oliwenstein to share practical advice for in-house counsel and their board members about fostering a compliance culture and preparing for the possibility of an investigation. One part of my practice that I have always enjoyed is helping companies prevent the BIG problems while simultaneously creating an overall work environment that is better for their teams. Plus, even in today's competitive business environment, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Excited to make another trip to New York City this week to join my partners David Oliwenstein and Adam Goldberg to present "An In-House Lawyer's Guide to Investigations: What to Expect, How to Prepare, and Best Practices"!
