On the sublime DuBois Levias Law Group, PLLC boat cruise yesterday, as we entered Portage Bay, I announced "this is where Prof. Margaret Chon's houseboat is docked, and I think that's it there," as I pointed to the beautiful terra cotta houseboat with the tall sailboat in front of it, and out pops Maggie herself to greet and wave at us! Total serendipity. As if we had planned it in advance. It was a truly magical afternoon, Amanda and Lucia! Thank you again.
Bravo to the incredible planning committee for the hugely successful Seattle ILead and Leadership Pipeline Conference, welcoming 65 diverse college students interested in exploring law as a potential career. We kicked off the 3-day Conference at Seattle University School of Law on Monday. Here we are at the celebratory dinner downtown.
