I haven't posted, or really been on LinkedIn in awhile. In truth LinkedIn to me, as a new founder, has kind of been like traditional social media to teen girls FOMO. It's hard to be notified of everyones accomplishments, work transitions, and (sometimes) aggressive networking tactics.
Being a founder during COVID has been its own unique journey. I’ve learned a lot about myself as I try to develop new routines and grow my business with my brother.
I was recently connected with Inc. Magazine writer, Joely Simon, working on a piece about founders and mental health. I’m proud to share part of my journey with her and with you. >> Link in the comments.
TLDR; Take care of yourself first. Hobbies are good.
