Touria BENLAFQIH is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in economic and social development, focusing on poverty alleviation and economic empowerment in marginalized communities.

She is the founder of Al Maghreb Qudurate, an incubator that designs and implements entrepreneurship and employability programs for vulnerable communities, and manages a consulting firm specializing in territorial development, social innovation, CSR, and impact communication.

Touria BENLAFQIH holds a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Gestion Financière et Comptable, a Master's degree in Management of Cities and Territories, a MicroMaster in Development Economics and International Development, a Master's degree in Coaching, and an MAISD in International studies and diplomacy.

Previously, she has held key positions such as Ambassador at The Net-Zero Circle, Strategic Partnerships at LABATA BEN'S, Founding president at Al Maghreb Qudurate, CEO at EMPEOPLE, Senior Consultant at Clar Hope Foundation, and Head Of Communications at Femmes Africa Solidarité, showcasing her expertise and leadership across various organizations.

She has also served in roles such as Program Management Consultant at Al Akhawayn Center for Business Ethics, Program Manager at Enactus Morocco, Administrative and Financial Assistant at Programme des Nations Unies de Développement, and Manager Assistant at American Institute for Maghreb Studies.
