Toyin Bamidele, known affectionately as Batel, is an enthusiastic advocate for transformative change in Africa. With extensive experience in social enterprise, entrepreneurship, business analysis, and strategy development, Toyin bridges the divide between traditional business and social enterprise structures. Her compelling vision focuses on creating disruptive, socially-driven business models that uplift communities and promote inclusive economic opportunities.
Since 2017, Toyin has dedicated herself to exploring the capacity for talent within the undergraduate community. She firmly believes that Africa's youth represent the continent's greatest asset for stimulating growth and engaging with the evolving global economy. Currently, she is deeply involved in fostering a supportive infrastructure for young people, enabling them to pursue entrepreneurship and innovation while overcoming barriers to local economic prosperity.
As the Executive Director of Growth & Digital Innovation at Ehizua Hub, Toyin plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives that empower young entrepreneurs across Africa. While serving as a former Policy Research Fellow at the Nigerian Global Affairs Council (NIGAC), she contributed to vital policy discussions and research that advance the socio-economic landscape in Nigeria and beyond. Her previous roles also include Strategy Consultant, Project Coordinator for the Nigerian Startup Bill Secretariat at Ventures Platform Hub, and Business Development Lead at Slatecube, solidifying her credentials in the field of entrepreneurship and economic strategy.

Toyin's academic journey began at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
