Following her basketball career, Tracy discovered a profound passion for motorcycling, dedicating over 20 years to riding her beloved Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic. This lifelong love for motorcycles dovetailed perfectly with her enthusiasm for teaching, leading her to become a certified trainer with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Using adult learning principles, Tracy has successfully coached thousands of motorcyclists, instilling safety and confidence on the road.
Transitioning seamlessly into the corporate world, Tracy served diligently as a corporate paralegal for prestigious organizations including The West Bend Company, Waste Management, and Aurora Health Care. In these roles, she focused on corporate policy, contract drafting, and negotiations, showcasing her strong organizational and analytical skills. Tracy achieved significant recognition during her tenure as the Market Area Wellness Coordinator at Waste Management, where she spearheaded wellness initiatives that garnered senior level support and successfully built teams and programs focused on improving employee well-being across the Southeastern Wisconsin Market Area.
Tracy is committed to lifelong learning, continually evolving both personally and professionally. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and is actively involved in sharing insights about wellness, mindfulness, and holistic living with her community. Tracy's path to wellness includes her personal journey of weight loss and her deep exploration of yoga—from movement practices to the profound relaxation techniques of yoga nidra.
