Her professional experience ranges from roles at the Collective Impact Forum, such as Associate Director and Senior Manager, to positions at organizations like Old Growth Northwest and The National Bureau of Asian Research, where she held various management and programmatic roles.

Through her journey from being dubbed the 'border collie' of her friend group to her current impactful role, Tracy remains dedicated to inclusivity, values, and purpose, steering towards a future where everyone feels valued and included.
