I think we're seeing a lot of the same here in Canada. We are however further challenged in that we simply don't have the breadth of #venturedebt capital in terms of both available liquidity and the number of firms competing in the asset class.
I suspect that a [slight] decrease in interest rates might cause [some] movement in #venturedebt backed companies back to Sched 1 lenders, although an increasing risk tolerance by the banks' will really be the impetus for more meaningful capital flows between bank and non-bank lenders.
