Tyler (Ty) Shepfer is a Senior Lecturer of Management and Human Resources at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.1 He serves as the Director of the Honors Cohort Program and the Academic Director of the Master of Human Resource Management Program.14
Shepfer completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources at Ohio State.1 Before returning to Ohio State in 2015, he worked at Royal Dutch Shell in various positions across Houston, Pittsburgh, and New Orleans.1
