Highlights
Agentic AI - AI systems that work without human intervention - is an important technology for #CIOs to understand while building out and implementing AI strategies in the enterprise. It will most certainly impact workflows and organizational structure while driving efficiencies with the goal of delivering better customer experiences. The potential is great.
Imagine a chatbot that proactively asks questions and provides input, without being prompted and with little or no human oversight. It is a taskmaster. This differs from generative AI in that it’s not about producing new content based on learned patterns, but rather completing tasks or making a decision.
As Maria Korolov explores in her recent CIO Online article, true agentic AI is in its infancy and will evolve and improve over time. Until then, it's incumbent upon organizations to apply the same #guardrails and responsible AI frameworks to agentic AI experiments as they do to all aspects of AI-led digital transformation to safely realize its value and potential. #agenticAI #enterpirseAI #digitaltransformation
In recognition of #WomensEqualityDay, I am grateful to the Uniphore Women’s group and their invitation to kick off their latest session. Thank you to Sarah Barton for being the featured guest and sharing insights and trends related to the workplace, healthcare access, and education for #women and #girls globally.
As the CEO leading a global company for the past 16 years, the reason WHY #diversity is good for business, good for society and good for democracy, is often missed.
Diversity – it is essential in order for organizations to realize their full potential. Diverse teams allow for different ideas to surface, for respectful debates to happen, and for blind spots to be identified and addressed effectively. I have experienced this firsthand. From my lens, diverse teams make for more successful outcomes. Full stop.
I am proud of our diverse community at Uniphore and the smart, intelligent, and hard working women helping to take Uniphore into the future. Together, we will win as One Big Team. #womensequalityday #diversity #onebigteam
