The groundbreaking work by Carl June and the University of Pennsylvania investigators in the fight against #braincancer brings hope, but it also reminds us how much more we need to do. As incredible as these advancements are, the battle against brain cancer is far from over. With more than 1 million people living with brain cancer in the US today we must continue to support cutting-edge research like this and provide the necessary funding to turn these breakthroughs into lasting solutions.
I am honored to be member and supporter of the National Brain Tumor Society and the Brain Tumor Investment Fund, great philanthropic organizations lead by David Arons and John Higgins, respectively, supporting advocacy, research, and investment efforts against brain cancer.
