25 years ago today, I walked into the Qualcomm offices in San Diego for my first day at a new job. Never in my wildest imagination would I have predicted that today, February 22, 2022, I'd be celebrating my 25th anniversary with that same company. There are too many great experiences to starting calling them out individually, but generally the path was going from an IT project manager to leading product management for three different business units to being a general manager of one of our wholly owned subsidiaries and finally being named Qualcomm's first Chief Diversity Officer. It's been a challenge, a great learning experience with highs and lows, but looking back, it's been a complete joy and I'm grateful for taking this ride with Qualcomm! There is no way that I made this journey by myself. There are SO many leaders, mentors and champions that had my back throughout this journey.
