A few weeks ago, Yotpo hosted some of the top agencies from around the world to collaborate on and contribute to the development of their email product.
As part of the Email Advisory Board, Doris Neufeld and I were able to share candid feedback and insights on their progress so far, which has been extremely impressive so far.
Tomer Tagrin. and the Yotpo team are laser-focused on crafting the best suite of products possible. They are playing the infinite game and betting against infinite players is always a bad move.
I'm excited to see the evolution of Yotpo and the development of such a complex product in a heavily competitive space. I'm confident in their ability to innovate and deliver a great product.

If you had asked me nearly 2.5 years ago at the start of Mattered if we could achieve such a "win", my answer absolutely would have been "yes, of course" (douchey answer, I know). But that answer had nothing to do with me — it was all because I knew Doris Neufeld was the best in the world at what she does.
That is the importance of a strong founder relationship... unwavering belief and sometimes, unreasonable expectations due to that belief.
We went on to hire some of the best marketers, designers, developers, and writers, in whom I have an equal amount of belief. While this award specifically recognizes our SMS capabilities, I believe it reflects the skill and dedication of our entire team, providing them with some very well-deserved recognition.
