Victor Vicente

Creative Director at Camisa 10 and Content Teacher

Victor Vicente began his journey in an atypical manner, starting his football career at the age of 12 in the Vasco base, eventually becoming a champion in various categories and even reaching the Brazilian national team.

With a solid background in communication, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from ESPM.

Transitioning from sports due to an injury, he ventured into the creative industry with an internship at Scalla Comunicação, eventually moving to a small but highly creative agency that had recently won a Cannes Lion award.

Co-founding Camisa 10 in 2006, over the course of 13 years, Victor Vicente and his team achieved numerous accolades including awards at prestigious events like El Ojo, Act Responsible in Cannes, CCSP, CCRJ - Best of Rio, ABP, ABMN, Lusófonos de Portugal, and Colunistas, where they garnered over 40 awards including multiple Golds, Grand Prixs, Agency of the Year, and Professional of the Year recognitions.

Notable achievements at Camisa 10 include spearheading the largest hair donation campaign in the country, significantly increasing the brand value of Vichy's Capital Soleil by 87%, and establishing the agency as the most awarded in L'Oréal's history.

In his capacity as the Creative and Planning Director at Camisa 10, Victor Vicente is involved in the entire creative process from briefing meetings to final project delivery, overseeing concept creation and execution for clients such as L'Oréal, FQM, Cristo, Petrobras, Ibeu, Yahsat, among others.

Throughout his career, Victor Vicente has also contributed to the academic field by delivering lectures at universities and serving as a jury member at esteemed festivals like Prêmio Colunistas, CCRJ, and El Ojo, the most significant event in Latin America.
