50 global CEOs. Anonymous vote. @Microsoft CEO Summit.

The #1 fear? Not recession. Not competition. Making the wrong AI bet - wrong infra, wrong workflows, wrong build-vs-buy call. All while the board watches.

And on the ground? Teams too overwhelmed by 10+ fragmented AI tools to adopt any of them.

@genspark_ai is the answer.

✅ All frontier models, one platform ✅ Built for everyday knowledge workers, not just devs ✅ Deploy today. No need to swap it out in 6 months.

No more wrong bets. 💪

I was at @WebSummit Vancouver having the same conversation, ten different ways. Every version collapsed into one question: does the AI actually work?

Not "is the demo impressive." Not "is the model state-of-the-art." Does it work - for the person who has 14 other things to do today and zero patience to babysit a chatbot.

Trust is a one-prompt decision. People know within seconds whether an AI is saving their time or stealing it. One prompt that just works - that's where loyalty is born. Everything else is theater.

And the frontier isn't building smarter agents. It's building the trust layer beneath them - security, compliance, identity, governance. Once agents log in and act like users, every assumption about software breaks. That's the moat. That's the work.

Real thanks to the teams who sharpened the thinking: Avery from @Tailscale, @davidshim from @ReadAI_, @NancyZWang from @1Password, @johnkoetsier from @Forbes, and @EPro at @Techmeme.

Two deep conversations from the week I'll be thinking about a lot:

That's the game. We're building for it.
