Prior to his current roles, Will served as the Chief Creative Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for the NFL team Washington Commanders, leading a groundbreaking rebranding effort that garnered significant impressions and views. He notably established the Washington Branded entertainment studio, resulting in remarkable audience growth and increased revenue from branded content within a short timeframe.

Will's professional journey includes tenures at renowned agencies and media organizations such as Wieden & Kennedy, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH New York, Coach, Condé Nast, and the Wall Street Journal. Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in developing award-winning content and marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audiences and clients.
