Xavier Snelgrove is a Computer Science generalist with a diverse background in machine learning, signal processing, HCI, natural language processing, computer graphics, computational photography, and computer vision.

He excels at taking research algorithms from prototype to production code, considering engineering constraints and ensuring they run effectively on various hardware platforms with real-time performance and memory efficiency.

With experience managing engineering teams, Xavier collaborates closely with product designers to deliver consumer code across multiple platforms under strict deadlines.

During his tenure at Whirlscape, Xavier contributed significantly to designing and implementing language models for the Minuum keyboard and neural networks for emoji, sticker, and GIF predictions in Dango app.
