Yasmine Christiane FARRET is an experienced professional in program support and project management, specializing in conflict prevention, peacebuilding, institution building, and good governance.

She has accumulated over eight years of experience working with various civil society, government, and international organizations in countries like the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Lebanon, Syria, and Libya.

Yasmine has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Arts in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jean Moulin University, France.

Her expertise spans across different regions, including MENA countries like Libya, Yemen, Iraq, Tunisia, the Palestinian Territories, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt, as well as African nations like Mauritania and Ghana, and others such as Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Canada, and France.

During her career, she has served in various roles such as Deputy Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Senior Advisor in Risk Management and Security, and as an advisor in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting at the Canadian Red Cross.

Yasmine has also held positions like the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Manager at Canadian Leaders in International Consulting (CLIC) and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Delegate at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

With extensive international work experience in countries like France, Israel and the Palestinian Territories, Libya, Lebanon, and Syria, Yasmine FARRET has a wealth of knowledge in managing and conducting evaluations in complex operating environments for organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and various UN agencies.

She has also received certification in Project Management and completed the International Programme for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) administered by Carleton University and the World Bank.
