Yiorgos Bontzios is the co-founder and CEO of Fieldscale, a visionary leader who sets the company's long-term goals and ensures its continued success.

Born in Greece, Yiorgos holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. in the same field from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, received in 2005 and 2011 respectively.

Before Fieldscale, Yiorgos co-founded two startups - edasys and Quontest. He has a diverse background having worked in various roles and also as a Freelancer developing software tools.

An accomplished scholar, Yiorgos is a co-author of over 20 scientific papers published in reputable journals and conferences, along with four scientific books.

His educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis and a PhD in the same field from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
