Zach Iscol is a combat decorated former Marine officer with a rich background in military service and entrepreneurship.

He has served in various capacities including leading the first successful Iraqi military unit, contributing to Marine Corps special operations, and serving as the Deputy Director of Javits Medical Center during the COVID-19 crisis in New York City.

Zach is the founder of Hirepurpose, a staffing company aiding veterans in transitioning to new careers, Task & Purpose, a media company advocating for soldiers, and The Headstrong Project, a non-profit delivering mental healthcare to veterans.

As a distinguished individual, Zach has received accolades for his contributions including being the youngest recipient of Phillips Exeter Academy's John Phillips Award and participating in Team USA for USA Triathlon.

He has testified before the United States Senate on behalf of Iraqi refugees and played a crucial role in establishing the Special Immigrant Visa program.

Educationally, Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University and has affiliations with organizations like the New York City Emergency Management Department and The Headstrong Project.
