Zachary Iscol is a combat decorated former Marine officer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in military service and creating impactful organizations.

He served in various capacities in Iraq and other regions, notably fighting in the Second Battle of Fallujah and playing a crucial role in the COVID-19 response at Javits Medical Center in New York City.

Zach has founded and led multiple organizations such as Hirepurpose, Task & Purpose, and The Headstrong Project, focusing on empowering veterans and providing mental healthcare services outside the VA system.

A distinguished alumnus of Cornell University and Phillips Exeter Academy, he has also been involved in advocacy efforts, including testifying before the United States Senate to assist Iraqi refugees.

Currently residing in New York City with his family, Zachary Iscol continues to contribute to the community through his roles in various organizations and his leadership in emergency management.

His experience spans from military operations to entrepreneurship and non-profit work, showcasing a versatile skill set and a strong commitment to serving others.
