Zak Homuth is a seasoned executive, board member, and angel investor with a successful background in high tech, factory design, automation, manufacturing, design, and engineering.

Previously serving as the President, COO, and CTO at Sheertex, a Y Combinator supported company known for producing the world's strongest pantyhose, Zak drove significant automation and scalability initiatives which led to a 95% decrease in COGS while boosting production output. He oversaw a team of approximately 200 executives and employees and managed an eight-figure P&L.

Before his tenure at Sheertex, Zak established, guided, and eventually sold Upverter, the pioneering cloud PCB Design platform that secured over $3M in venture capital funding before its acquisition by Altium in 2017.

Zak's educational background includes studying Startups at YCombinator and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo.

Throughout his career, Zak Homuth has been associated with various notable organizations, having held positions such as President at Sheertex, COO at Sheertex, VP of Emerging Technologies at Altium®, Co-Founder & CEO at Upverter, Hardware/Firmware Engineer at Sandvine, Software R&D Team Lead at Infosys Technologies Ltd, and Lead Developer at IBM Deutschland GmbH.
