Zoe Nicholson

Zoe Nicholson is the founder of Love What You Eat, a successful private practice established in 2004 with five locations in Melbourne.

She is a passionate dietitian dedicated to helping people develop a healthier relationship with food and promoting the enjoyment of all types of food without restrictive diets.

Zoe conducts nutrition seminars and workshops for workplaces, offers balanced information on food and nutrition through her Love What You Eat Facebook page, and organizes networking meetings for private practice dietitians in Melbourne.

In collaboration with Jodie Arnot, she co-founded The Moderation Movement, advocating for a balanced approach to food and fitness.

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics from Deakin University and has also completed an Advanced Counseling Skills Certificate from Cairnmillar Institute.
