Aaron Carpenter is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in building global brands and driving growth through digital and experiential marketing.

With over a decade of experience at The North Face, where he played a pivotal role in doubling the company's revenue, Aaron's expertise spans various areas including global advertising development, in-store marketing, PR, CRM/loyalty, and more.

During his 'four-year entrepreneurship sabbatical', Aaron successfully established and grew two businesses, excelling in sales efforts and securing major partnerships with renowned brands like Clif Bar, Timberland, and Red Bull.

Returning to the outdoor industry with West Marine, Aaron navigated through challenging times during the COVID-19 pandemic and then transitioned to providing consulting services focused on e-commerce, digital marketing, and fractional CMO support for mid-sized brands.

He leverages his diverse skill set and leadership experience to assist companies in leadership transitions, acquisitions, and re-launches, all while leading a team of executive-level consultants.

Aaron's educational background includes an MBA in International Marketing from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in Russian and International Relations. He also studied Russian Studies at Perm State University.
