Allen Lin

PhD Candidate in Systems Biology at Harvard University

Allen Lin is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in computer science, chemical engineering, and health economics.

Currently affiliated with the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT, and Harvard, Allen focuses on gene delivery of antibodies for functional HIV cure, utilizing techniques such as next-generation sequencing, synthetic biology, and evolutionary theory.

His research spans wet-lab experiments with humanized mice and the development of synthetic long-read sequencing technology to crafting new bioinformatic pipelines.

Allen is also actively engaged in the Harvard Graduate Therapeutics Certificate Program at the HMS Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology.

His primary interests include vaccine/therapeutics development, biomolecular/comp bio technology development, infectious diseases, synthetic biology, next-gen sequencing, public health, health economics, and machine learning/data science.
