Ashley F., also known as Ash Frohwein, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large proposal efforts in various functional and client domains.

With a strong background in monitoring and evaluation of counterterrorism programs, disaster responses, homeland security training exercises, and hazard preparedness analysis, Ashley has played crucial roles in enhancing national security measures.

Ash holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Security Studies from Georgetown University, focusing on counterterrorism. He founded and led the Georgetown Security Studies Review as the Executive Editor.

His analytical expertise has been instrumental in projects for esteemed organizations like the State Department's Bureau of Counterterrorism and Countering Violent Extremism, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, National Network of Fusion Centers, and DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency, among others.

In addition to his MA, Ash also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude with a remarkable GPA from the University of North Florida.
