Co-founder arguments and disputes that end up tearing a company apart are amongst the absolute most painful ways for a startup to die. In the ongoing series of blog posts I've written on the subject, I wanted to add to the topic due to some recent challenges I've seen. Hopefully the below helps you if you or someone you know is going through a conflict, and so that you can get ahead of things before they get beyond redemption.

Learning is a team sport. Over the years, I've learned as much from our founders as from my colleagues. To me, a team sport in the context of learning, means wrestling with ideas and refining them through shared insights + debate.

Thank you to: Tom Wilson Sia Houchangnia Amber Patel Will Bennett Kate McGinn Felix Martinez Vanessa Vasquez Guisela Figueredo & Reshma Sohoni who have all helped in so many unique ways towards the learnings captured in the Fundraising Field Guide book (https://sdca.mp/FFG_2024).
