Carrie Sampson Moore is an Experienced Senior Director in higher education with a strong background in Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Mentoring, Facilities Design, Program Design and Implementation, Event Planning, Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Research. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership.

In her role as the Director of Physical Education and Wellness/Associate Professor at MIT, Carrie leads and teaches a program that encourages students to incorporate physical activity and wellness concepts to enhance their health, happiness, and productivity.

Her educational background includes pursuing a Doctorate of Higher Education in Leadership and Organizational Change at UMass Boston, a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Management and Sport Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology specializing in Physical Education from the University of Minnesota.

Carrie has held various positions at prestigious institutions such as MIT, Miami University, and the University of Minnesota, ranging from Director roles to teaching and instructional positions.
