I used to think that GTM velocity was all about having the latest and greatest tools and technologies.

But after a hundred conversations with GTM leaders, I've realized that true GTM velocity comes from systematically eliminating inefficiencies and bloat from your processes.

🚀 It's not about adding more, but about streamlining what you have.

That's where Copy.ai's GTM AI Platform comes in. It uses GenAI to codify and automate key GTM processes, creating a lean, agile, and frictionless environment where your team can move with unprecedented speed and confidence.

I predict that GenAI is going to accelerate GTM velocity in unprecedented ways.

But I'm not sure everyone realizes just how transformative it will be.

Let's review the typical GTM iteration cycle we've seen:

Quarterly or yearly planning Significant investments in enablement and training  Slow feedback loops and iteration cycles Difficulty adapting to market changes Missed opportunities for optimization Accumulation of inefficient processes and resources

To be clear: I don't believe GenAI will replace the need for strategic GTM planning!

But, my hope is that it helps companies avoid GTM bloat by codifying processes and establishing a single source of truth.

Make iterations and updates seamless. Allow for rapid tweaks in messaging or strategy. Create a streamlined and efficient GTM engine. Achieve unparalleled agility and responsiveness.

Companies stuck in slow, cumbersome GTM cycles will struggle while companies that adopt more adaptive, future-proofed GTM strategies will scale even more effectively.

Maybe I'm too optimistic. But I believe the future of GTM is driven by speed, confidence, and creativity - and GenAI is the key to unlocking it.
