This data shows us that:
a. companies with female founders or ceo had a higher approval rate from our investment committee last year than companies that didnt, 66% of those companies won approval vs 54% that didn't
b. slightly more than 1 in 5 of our new investments have a female founder or ceo. this is higher than the industry average but we have a target which is 1 in 3 and we need to improve
